Ready is looking for a UX/UI Designer to help us optimize and expand our Ready platform.

About Ready

The Ready Games Network provides social gaming infrastructure for the web3 creator economy. Through its $RDYX token, platform, and developer dashboard, Ready enables dev teams to support their games with a social layer, NFTs, and web3 game economics. Developers have access to a robust SDK allowing them to integrate various features easily into their games. Features include cross-game 2D/3D avatar and UGC marketplace, NFT portal/smart contract management & minting, player wallet, player authentication, in-game and blockchain currency management, Play-to-Earn mechanics, social layer features, integration of blockchain-based $RDYX token.With an average 2x increase in D30, average AARPU of $23, and average lift session time by 40% - developers can easily launch their Web3 mobile games.

What You'll Do

• Help us build our UGC experience for our creators and players by providing them with an elegant, modern & minimal design.

• Optimize and expand our Ready dashboards by elevating its current design and functionality.

• Optimize our UGC marketplace and creator app.

• Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, visual designs, storyboards and site maps.

• Collaborate with Product Manager to translate the vision into a tangible, understandable and easy to use product.

• Organize and evaluate the usability, efficiency and user experienced by analyzing KPIs and user data.

• Conduct UX quality assurance tests.

• Take initiative with studying and pinpointing design trends, top performing games on the app stores, top performing themes on the app store and cultural outlets.

What You'll Need

• Extensive knowledge in UI/UX and user-centered design.

• Experience with Game Design preferred, but all creatives are welcome.

• Experience with motion graphics design or animation.

• Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.

• Knowledge of the mobile gaming industry - an asset.

• Experience working within a startup - an asset
