We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to help shape the player experience of EVE Online.
This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who has built a solid foundation in UI/UX design and is eager to grow alongside an experienced team. You don't need to have all the answers—we're looking for someone with the curiosity, mindset, and drive to learn.
You'll work closely with game designers, engineers, artists, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging player experiences for one of the gaming industry's most complex and enduring virtual worlds.

Your Tasks:
- Design user interfaces and player experiences for EVE Online.
- Collaborate with game designers, engineers, artists, and producers to solve player-facing problems.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design solutions.
- Translate complex gameplay systems into intuitive and usable experiences.
- Participate in user-centered design activities including research, testing, and iteration.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and players.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of UI/UX standards and practices within the team.
- Continuously develop your design skills through mentorship and collaboration.
Your Profile:
- Solid foundation in design principles, interaction design, and usability.
- Some experience with UI/UX design through professional work, education, personal projects, or internships.
- Strong curiosity and desire to understand complex systems.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing improvements.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and seek feedback.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Empathy for users and a passion for creating great player experiences.
- Comfortable working in situations with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
- Interest in video games and interactive experiences.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in the games industry.
- Familiarity with EVE Online or other complex systems-driven games.
- Experience with user research or usability testing.
