Gamezop, a dynamic and rapidly growing startup at the forefront of digital content and ad-tech, is seeking a results-driven Assistant Product Manager (APM) to work on one of our diverse range of products.

As the Assistant Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping end-to-end strategies for our portfolio of products, managing cross-functional teams and driving innovation to deliver results. Reporting directly to senior Product Managers, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), while ensuring timely delivery of products that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver key product features and enhancements that align with the overall product vision and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the product team to establish and oversee the product vision and roadmap, ensuring that product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans are effectively managed and aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities, as well as gather competitive intelligence to enhance product offerings.
  • Define product requirements and user stories and work with the development team to implement features and enhancements.
  • Manage product-related communication across the organization, including stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct and document A/B testing, usability testing, and other product experiments to optimize product performance and drive user engagement.
  • Use data analytics tools to analyze product performance and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making across the organization.
  • As a self-motivated and results-oriented individual, you will be responsible for taking ownership of key tasks, working independently to identify opportunities for improvement, and driving measurable impact on our products and business outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with senior Product Managers and provide timely updates on project status and risks.

Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL.
  • Possess a good understanding of at least 1 contemporary data analytics and business intelligence tools, including any of Metabase, Elastic Search, Google Analytics, or the likes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from data and use it to drive decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Will be a plus:

  • Strong understanding of Ad-tech ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
