Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to set both long-term and immediate objectives for the team.
• Facilitate seamless communication across diverse departments and hierarchical levels in an asynchronous setting.
• Instill production frameworks to bolster innovative workflows.
• Partner with the Brand Manager and Communications Specialist to arrange playtests, fostering community engagement with the project and team.
• Oversee test planning and quality assurance protocols.
• Guide the team's transition from game creation to a 'game as a service' content approach.

Qualifications:

• A solid track record of 8+ years in building and spearheading game teams.
• Proven experience in delivering high-profile game projects.
• Familiarity with diverse production strategies including waterfall, agile, and lean.
