Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies to ensure the highest level of game quality and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and expand our QA team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Coordinate closely with development teams to identify, report, and track bug fixes and enhancements.
• Manage the entire release process, from planning and coordination to deployment and post-release support.
• Establish and maintain rigorous testing protocols, including automated and manual testing methodologies.
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Facilitate effective communication across various departments to ensure alignment on release objectives and quality benchmarks.
• Analyze performance data, prepare detailed reports, and make informed recommendations to enhance game quality and user experience.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in QA and release management to continuously evolve our practices.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven track record in QA and release management within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of game development cycles, particularly in relation to QA and release processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in QA software and tools, and familiarity with game development platforms.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for gaming and a commitment to creating outstanding gaming experiences.
