As our VP of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business. Your mission is to drive high-impact marketing strategies for our community, B2B platform, and B2C game customer segments. You'll oversee our entire marketing organisation and will have the opportunity to create a dynamic and high-performing team. We're seeking a visionary leader who can rapidly scale our growth engine, design end-to-end funnels, and expertly track performance.

- Develop and execute a high-level, data-driven marketing approach for both our community platform and game studio, achieving remarkable results.
- Build and lead a high-velocity, high-experiment team that generates innovative creatives and measures their effectiveness across the platform and studio.
- Strategically allocate and manage budgets, ensuring a clinical approach to spending while working closely with our CFO.
- Identify, implement, and optimise the best marketing technology stack to fuel our growth.
- Foster a culture of high ambition, continuous growth, and understanding of the latest trends in marketing.
- Cultivate and manage teams and funnels from the ground up, showcasing your high IQ and leadership capabilities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, learning and adapting to excel in regional marketing efforts when needed.
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝
- 10 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience rapidly ascending through the ranks and building successful growth engines.
- Demonstrated expertise in building end-to-end funnels and tracking their performance.
- Comfort and proficiency in both B2B (Platform) and B2C (Studio) marketing.
- Prior experience in SaaS and a track record of hyper-growth.
- Successful management of budgets with a focus on ruthless spending.
- A strong cultural fit, understanding of what's "cool," and a native grasp of marketing concepts.
- The ability to create high-experiment, data-driven, high-velocity teams consistently delivering creative solutions and measuring their impact.
- A history of successfully managing and leading teams of at least 6+ members.
