- Lead the development of test plans in collaboration with Content, Engineering, and Product teams.
- Establish and maintain the release schedule, ensuring alignment among key partners and vendors.
- Effectively communicate project plans, commitments, and any crucial changes to the team, encompassing schedule adjustments, scope modifications, release engineering prerequisites, and QA strategies.
- Source, oversee and maintain relationships with external testing partners.
- Identify and manage potential release-delaying risks, protecting release scope, schedule, and quality.
- Take charge of coordinating Go-Live activities, including readiness reviews, release runbooks, and post-mortem assessments post-release.
- Organize team-wide testing initiatives, leading efforts related to build tracking, issue reporting, and coordination of playtest environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in managing teams.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in QA/testing automation.
- Proven track record in team management, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, workflow optimization, dependency tracking, long-term planning, and personnel coaching.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in various ticketing and tracking software for bug flow optimization, milestone tracking, burndown chart sharing, and efficient bug database management.
- Willingness to actively participate in testing all aspects of our platform.
