We are recruiting to expand operations and looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Sales & Planning team as an Account Coordinator to help our growth together.
Under the supervision of the Account Manager, provide day-to-day customer service and support to effectively execute customer goals on projects and campaigns.
Communicate and respond to client requests in a timely manner.
Work with an Account Manager to present campaign ideas and budget to clients.
Support in processing budgets, managing campaign costs, and issuing invoices to clients.
Measure the effectiveness of projects and campaigns and create reports
Must have skills:
2+ years of experience working in an account management team at a gaming, media, advertising agency, etc.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven sales support experience and ability to build and maintain business and customer relationships in the marketplace.
Demonstrate your hands-on approach, ability to multitask, and creative thinking in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
