In order to expand our business, we are currently recruiting an ambitious individual to serve as the company's first sales manager, aiming to grow together with us.


  • Acquire sponsorship and marketing sales for game related events and content.

  • Approach customers who can become sponsors for game events, and provide planning, business negotiations, contracts, and after-sales follow-up

  • Communication with existing sponsors and proposals tailored to their needs

  • Acquisition of campaigns for owned media operated by our company

  • Sale of PLAYDATA to game related companies

  • Budgeting and execution of sales plans

Must have skills :

  • 3+ years of experience in B to B sales of immaterial products

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Solid sales experience and ability to build and maintain business and customer relationships in the market

  • Demonstrate your hands-on approach, ability to multitask, and creative thinking in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

  • Fluent Japanese

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Good to have skills :

  • Able to communicate in English at the meeting with clients.

  • Passion for games

  • Experience working in an international environment
