About the Role

As a Lead Marketing Creative Artist, you will be creating videos and images to market on various advertising channels, including Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, and more. You'll be instrumental in developing both animated and static creatives, storyboarding ad concepts, and ensuring the seamless organization of creative content while meticulously tracking performance metrics. Working alongside a creative team consisting of three senior marketing artists, you’ll collaborate closely with user acquisition managers to pinpoint areas for performance enhancement, participate in brainstorming sessions, and present innovative ideas measured against KPIs.

We are looking for an experienced creative who excels as an individual contributor and thrives on experimenting with and executing unique concepts. You adeptly handle feedback and possess a keen ability to iterate and learn rapidly. If you're passionate about pushing creative boundaries and driving impactful results, we want you on our team!

Here are the skills and qualities we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in animation and producing creatives for performance marketing, including user acquisition creatives and mobile ads.

  • You have previously worked with creative agencies or mobile gaming studios.

  • You have extensive knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Adobe After Effects.

  • You have a keen interest in exploring and adopting new software solutions to push the boundaries of creative marketing.

  • This is not your first rodeo; you have done this before and possess a strong ability to create playable ads, marketing messages, and storyboards with a focus on performance-oriented results.

  • You have proven experience managing and leading the creative production process from start to finish.

  • You have experience tracking and analyzing creative performance KPIs.

  • Other teams in your previous roles say that it is a delight to collaborate with you cross-functionally.

  • You are an excellent written and verbal communicator.

  • Team leadership experience is a bonus, but please note that this role is expected to be a highly skilled individual contributor and will not focus on managerial responsibilities.

  • Familiarity with AI technologies and tools, such as Midjourney, is considered a plus.
