About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to run global performance marketing campaigns for Highrise. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting marketing goals and helping the team to conduct marketing campaigns that create awareness around the product. You will also work closely with design, product, and technical teams to ensure the best execution and improvement of digital marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate has strong quantitative skills and knows their way around Excel and Model. They are clever, have high energy and interest in experimentation, and have a genuine interest in hacking systems to their advantage. The success of this role will be measured by the impact you deliver to our team, product, and world.
This role will be required to be onsite in Austin, Texas, starting August 2024. We are open to assisting in relocation for candidates.
Responsibilities
Operating towards clearly defined goals in a marketing sprint cadence, collaborating with the marketing creative and live operations teams
Running and optimizing global mobile marketing campaigns on all channels, such as Facebook, Google, and other ad networks
Creating campaign structure, maintaining and monitoring performance
Conducting thorough, creative analysis and cooperating with the design team on new concepts
Driving innovation and growth through constant experiments, A/B testing across multiple platforms with a balanced approach between art and science
Identify opportunities to optimize existing campaigns, explore new and innovative ideas across marketing channels, leverage targeting and personalization data, and develop automated solutions
Making developments and enhancements according to user needs and designing projects
Measure, report, and communicate UA activities, performance metrics, and insights with leadership on a regular cadence
Requirements
3+ years of experience in performance marketing or other relevant field.
Proven track record of improving ROI.
Experience managing large budgets.
Proficient in Excel.
Creative and results-oriented mindset.
Strong understanding and experience with iOS and Android stores.
Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
Passion and interest in games.
Keen to learn new skills and work with new technologies and networks, staying current with market trends.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong writing and editing skills.
