About the Role:

We are looking for a 3D Artist Intern, who can start around the end of August and be part of one of our cross-disciplinary game teams. Alongside a dedicated 3D Artist supervisor on the team, you'll dive headfirst into the exciting world of XR game development. You will be part of the team, participating in everything from daily standups to playtesting and asset creation. Since we work in smaller teams, our 3D artists need diverse skill sets, and you should be prepared to work on a wide variety of 3D-related tasks.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the game team

• Play a key part in bringing our visual ideas to life by creating game-ready 3D assets including props, environments, and characters, under the guidance of your supervisor

• Immerse yourself in the game development process, learning and growing with hands-on experience
  

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Higher Vocational Education (Yrkeshögskola) in Sweden, eager to kickstart your career in game development

• Proficient in 3D software like Maya, Blender, or similar tools

• Good understanding of game engines and preferably Unity

• Good understanding of performance and optimization
