Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire game production process, from concept to launch and post-launch support.
- Coordinate with development, product, art, and QA to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of milestones.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all teams adhere to deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between different departments to resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
- Manage and monitor the company's Jira ticket system to track progress and address issues promptly.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Ensure that the game meets the company's quality standards and market expectations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the production process.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Game Producer or similar role (e.g. project manager) in the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of game development processes and project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various project management tools and software, especially Jira.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game mechanics and player experience.
