About Starform
We’re a fast-growing gaming company on a mission to create games that players love forever. Our first title has already been played by 10 million players worldwide, and we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts. If you thrive on impact, love experimenting, and want to help build a global hit game franchise, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities • Own Growth Strategy: Develop and execute paid marketing strategies that deliver profitable growth and scale player acquisition. • Campaign Leadership: Run and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and other networks. Constantly test, learn, and refine. • Creative Innovation: Partner with players, product team and partners to develop, test, and iterate on ads that cut through the noise and convert. • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPI, LTV, retention, churn) daily, making sharp, real-time adjustments to maximize ROI. • Market & Player Insight: Understand player behavior and product positioning to unlock new acquisition opportunities. • Partnership Management: Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring high performance and seamless execution.
Qualifications • Experience: 3+ years of performance marketing experience in gaming (mobile F2P preferred) with a track record of scaling profitable campaigns. • Technical Proficiency: Skilled with MMPs (Singular, AppsFlyer, or equivalent), SKAN, and attribution best practices. • Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to dig deep into data, interpret player behavior, and translate insights into growth. • Creative Problem Solver: Bold, experimental thinker who thrives on testing new approaches and conquering ambiguous problem spaces. • Ownership Mentality: Relentlessly resourceful, hands-on and proactive, and motivated to drive measurable results—comfortable taking full responsibility for outcomes.
Why Join Us • The chance to make a massive impact on a growing game studio. • Work directly with leadership in a high-ownership environment. • Build campaigns seen by millions of players worldwide. • Be part of a culture that values innovation, speed, and results.
