About StockGro

Founded in January 2020 by former venture capitalist Ajay Lakhotia, we’re well-funded and just closed a massive Pre-Series A fundraise. We are backed by some of the respected investors - Roots Ventures, Velo Partners, Creed Capital, and the likes of Kunal Shah, Vivekananda Hallekere, Rahul Garg as Angels.

We have some brilliant minds with us, working on a mission to make 400 million Indian millennials investment-ready, with Senior Executives from Sequoia, Swiggy, Glance, Airtel, Uber, and institutions like ISB, NITs, and IIMs.

The opportunity :

We are looking for a Marketing Lead who can help us with the following :

1. Content Creation and Management:

• Oversee development of the content strategy that aligns with marketing goals

and target audience.

• Helping team create high-quality, engaging content across various formats

(e.g., blog posts, social media content, website copy, email marketing


• Manage the content calendar and editorial workflow.

• Oversee content creation by freelance writers or internal teams (if applicable).

• Track and analyze content performance using relevant metrics.

2. Marketing Strategy and Execution:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns

across all channels (e.g., digital marketing, social media marketing, content

marketing, email marketing, public relations).

• Manage marketing budget effectively and optimize spending for maximum ROI.

• Analyze marketing campaign performance and make adjustments as needed.

3. Brand Management:

• Develop and manage the company's brand identity, voice, and messaging.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication


• Monitor brand reputation and address any negative sentiment online.

• Stay up-to-date on current branding trends and best practices.

4. Oversee SEO Strategies and Initiatives:

• Oversee and guide the development and implementation of a comprehensive

SEO strategy. Focus on long-term vision and alignment with overall business


• Stay at the forefront of SEO trends and algorithm updates. Lead the team in

adapting and evolving strategies for optimal performance.

• Lead and oversee the setup and management of SEO performance tracking

and analytics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and report key

metrics to stakeholders.

5. Public Relations and Communication Management:

• Build and manage strong relationships with key media contacts. Develop a

media outreach strategy to secure placements and coverage.

• Lead and delegate efforts to secure media coverage for the company's

products, services, and news announcements.

• Develop a system for managing and prioritizing press inquiries and media

requests. Ensure timely and effective responses.

• Lead and oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, and other

communication materials. Ensure strategic messaging and brand alignment.

• Develop and implement a crisis communication plan. Lead the team in

managing brand reputation during challenging situations.

• Lead and oversee internal communications. Ensure all departments are

strategically aligned on messaging and goals.
