About StockGro

Founded in January 2020 by former venture capitalist Ajay Lakhotia, we’re well-funded and just closed a massive Pre-Series A fundraise. We are backed by some of the respected investors - Roots Ventures, Velo Partners, Creed Capital, and the likes of Kunal Shah, Vivekananda Hallekere, Rahul Garg as Angels.

We have some brilliant minds with us, working on a mission to make 400 million Indian millennials investment-ready, with Senior Executives from Sequoia, Swiggy, Glance, Airtel, Uber, and institutions like ISB, NITs, and IIMs.

Responsibilities:

• closely with CXO & PM to prepare dashboards as per business requirements
• with the Data Engineer to get desired data in desired format
• about infrastructure cost
• in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and insights that can inform strategic decisions.
• with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks.
• complex data analysis tasks, including data cleansing, aggregation, and visualization.
• and automate reports and dashboards for key stakeholders (CXO, PM etc).
• actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
• with IT teams to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
• and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis.

Key Competencies

• experience of minimum 5 years as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python etc.
• understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
• with data visualization tools (e.g., Redash or Grafana (First Priority) or Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI (Second Priority))
• problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• communication and collaboration skills.
• to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
