About StockGro

Founded in January 2020 by former venture capitalist Ajay Lakhotia, we’re well-funded and just closed a massive Pre-Series A fundraise. We are backed by some of the respected investors - Roots Ventures, Velo Partners, Creed Capital, and the likes of Kunal Shah, Vivekananda Hallekere, Rahul Garg as Angels.

We have some brilliant minds with us, working on a mission to make 400 million Indian millennials investment-ready, with Senior Executives from Sequoia, Swiggy, Glance, Airtel, Uber, and institutions like ISB, NITs, and IIMs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Execute Campaigns:
  • Create and implement marketing automation workflows across various channels (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) using platforms like WebEngage.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to align campaigns with ongoing product roadmaps and new feature releases.
  • Monitor Performance:
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations for continuous enhancement.
  • Data-Driven Optimization:
  • Dive into customer data to gain insights.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimise ROI across channels such as push notifications, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in marketing and CRM tools (e.g., WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Excel and HTML.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for driving user engagement and retention.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of user lifecycle management and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and other experimentation methods.
