About StockGro
Founded in January 2020 by former venture capitalist Ajay Lakhotia, we’re well-funded and just closed a massive Pre-Series A fundraise. We have some brilliant minds with us, working on a mission to make 400 million Indian millennials investment-ready, with Senior Executives from Sequoia, Swiggy, Glance, Airtel, Uber, and institutions like ISB, NITs, and IIMs.
Responsibilities
- Design and Execute Campaigns:
- Create and implement marketing automation workflows across various channels (Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) using platforms like WebEngage.
- Collaborate closely with the product managers to align campaigns with ongoing product roadmaps and new feature releases.
- Brainstorm with different partner teams on how to improve the funnel at various stages - activation, engagement, retention and reactivation
- Should be able to flex with business needs: copywriting, optimising conversions, and content strategies for across channels such as push notifications, in-app messaging, email, SMS and WhatsApp.
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing automation workflows and campaigns triggered across various channels.
- Draw meaningful inferences and publish updates for product teams / leadership teams for decision making.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement metrics-based A/B testing across the campaigns for continuous enhancement
Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing and CRM tools (e.g., WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap).
- Data is your friend and you are comfortable with data analysis & data interpretation. Your strong
- Proficient in Excel and HTML. Familiarity with statistics, business intelligence tools such as R, Python etc is added bonus

Preferred Qualifications
