About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to streamline, optimize, and scale our marketing efforts. This is a strategic role that sits at the intersection of marketing, data, automation, and process excellence. You will own the end-to-end marketing infrastructure ensuring campaigns run seamlessly, performance is tracked accurately, and data flows are optimized for actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (e.g. CRM, marketing automation tools, attribution platforms).
  • Work with the performance marketing team to ensure data integrity, lead management, and campaign tracking.
  • Set up marketing automation workflows for lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications).
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Data teams to streamline data pipelines and tracking infrastructure.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure marketing performance across channels.
  • Establish best practices for campaign execution, audience segmentation, and lead scoring.
  • Continuously identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements and automation.

Who You Are

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing operations, growth ops, or marketing automation in a consumer tech or fintech company.
  • Proficient with marketing automation platforms (like HubSpot, WebEngage, MoEngage) and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with data flows, SQL basics, and working with cross-functional tech teams.
  • Process-oriented with an eye for detail and data integrity.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
