About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer-driven brand presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (FinTwit), and emerging platforms.

You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of collaborations with finance creators, stock market educators, meme pages, and digital influencers — building a robust pipeline of advocacy and organic reach for StockGro.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and growth goals.

• Identify, onboard, and manage finance influencers, content creators, YouTubers, and FinTwit personalities.

• Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships — from negotiation to campaign execution to performance tracking.

• Collaborate with internal marketing, growth, and social media teams to integrate influencer content across channels.

• Track performance KPIs such as reach, engagement, ROI, and conversions from influencer collaborations.

• Foster long-term relationships with top-tier creators and explore co-branded content opportunities.

• Stay updated on influencer trends, creator economy dynamics, and competitor campaigns in the fintech space.

Who You Are

• 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or creator ecosystem management, ideally in a consumer tech or fintech brand.

• A strong network of finance and stock market influencers is highly preferred.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong project management and data-driven decision-making ability.

• Passionate about the stock market, finance, and the creator economy.

• Creative thinker with an eye for impactful, viral content collaborations.
