About StockGro

Founded in January 2020 by former venture capitalist Ajay Lakhotia, we’re well-funded. We are backed by some of the respected investors – General Catalyst, BITKRAFT, Roots Ventures, and the likes of Kunal Shah, Vivekananda Hallekere, Rahul Garg as Angels. Your role in our vision

StockGro is on the lookout for a Strategic Partnerships Manager who can drive high-impact collaborations with brands at the intersection of technology and subject matter expertise. This role isn’t just about building partnerships - it’s about identifying the right partners, nurturing them into long-term relationships, and translating that into measurable business growth.

Responsbilitiues :

  • Identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners - including corporates, tech giants, conglomerates, and startups - that align with StockGro’s vision, community, and product roadmap.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners by proactively identifying relevant brands that resonate with our user base.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of partnerships -from pitching to negotiation, execution, follow-through and funnel management
  • Create scalable, revenue-generating models through partnerships - from structured collaborations to innovative monetization strategies.
  • Continuously optimize partnership strategies to improve retention, increase partner satisfaction, and grow recurring revenue.
  • Design and deliver campaigns that are aligned with partner goals, driving measurable outcomes for both sides.
  • Serve as the face of StockGro in all partner conversations, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, legal, design, finance, marketing, ops) to ensure on-time and high-quality execution of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the product team to conceptualize ad products and integration models that unlock new value for partners and users alike.

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to drive closures, convert leads into partners, and manage post-deal relationships to generate long-term value.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills -you are confident presenting to CXOs or founders.
  • A builder’s mindset -someone who can hustle, experiment, and iterate fast.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of aligning brand and user goals.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to take ownership without waiting for structure.
  • Prior experience in working with tech startups, corporates, or fintech platforms-particularly in SaaS, software, or B2B fintech sales is a strong plus.
  • Product-first thinking- you understand how partnerships can evolve into product and revenue opportunities.
