About StockGro

Founded in January 2020 by former venture capitalist Ajay Lakhotia, we’re well-funded. We are backed by some of the respected investors – General Catalyst, BITKRAFT, Roots Ventures, and the likes of Kunal Shah, Vivekananda Hallekere, Rahul Garg as Angels. Your role in our vison :

Our Team is lean, fast and believes in solving real use cases. Today, most of the execution happens through creators, writers, designers, and video teams. What we now need is a strategic marketer who can refine our presence across platforms, push our product features with the right narratives, and ensure that all communication stays consistent and data-backed.

We’re looking for a Full- Stack Marketeer that sits between brand, product, growth, and performance.

Who are You?

  • You have experience driving Marketing Initiatives end to end from concept to launch in Fintech domains
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, feature-led marketing, and funnel thinking.
  • You have the ability to craft narratives and maintain tone consistency across platforms
  • Prior experience designing full-funnel marketing campaigns for Brokerages, AMCs, Wealth-tech startups is a plus.
  • You excel at connecting the dots between data and strategy. In a metrics-driven environment, you can sift through high-volume user data to identify meaningful patterns and build campaigns that deliver real business impact.
  • You will be required showcase excellent problem-solving & critical thinking skills; break down problems and structure solutions; work by influence, humility and honesty rather than by authority
  • You have experience collaborating with performance teams and are hands-on with tools like Meta / Google ad manager and CX / analytics platforms like WebEngage, PostHog and AppsFlyer.

What will you do?

  • Build strategic narratives around every new product feature and release to ensure feature adoption through campaigns
  • Continuously refine StockGro’s brand presence across all digital and offline touchpoints while collaborating with the Head of Marketing to drive and execute key branding initiatives.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing vertical to align campaign strategies with acquisition and retention goals.
  • Develop deep understanding of the target consumer & product, and leverage marketing / social media strategies to drive improvement across all important business metrics
