Founded in January 2020 by former venture capitalist Ajay Lakhotia, we’re well-funded and just closed a massive Pre-Series A fundraise. We are backed by some of the respected investors - Roots Ventures, Velo Partners, Creed Capital, and the likes of Kunal Shah, Vivekananda Hallekere, Rahul Garg as Angels.
We have some brilliant minds with us, working on a mission to make 400 million Indian millennials investment-ready, with Senior Executives from Sequoia, Swiggy, Glance, Airtel, Uber, and institutions like ISB, NITs, and IIMs.
Responsibilities
- Design and Execute Campaigns using platforms like WebEngage
- Create and implement marketing automation workflows across various channels (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) using platforms like WebEngage.
- Create and execute playbook for introducing users to new and existing features and offerings through in-app communications, campaigns other key-communication opportunities, and thereby drive retention, engagement
- Understand the various components and drivers of growth, along with trends (such as traffic, conversion, user engagement, and repeat behaviour) and create actionable programs leading to user growth
- Analyze user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on traffic/funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs
- Brainstorm with different teams on how to improve the funnel at various stage - acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation
- Should be able to flex with business needs: copywriting, optimizing onboarding conversions, content strategies, email/push, and distribution activities
- Monitor Performance:
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing automation workflows and campaigns trigerred for various channels.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations for continuous enhancement as per the envisioned product flow.
- Data-Driven Optimization:
- Dive into customer data to gain insights.
- Implement optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Optimise ROI across channels such as push notifications, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Requirements
- Strong inclination towards capital markets, with a solid understanding of user use cases and trading behaviour.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in analysing data funnels, user journeys, and deriving actionable insights.
- Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools such as WebEngage, MoEngage, or CleverTap.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for driving user engagement, activation, and retention.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership, and lean team environment.
Good to have:
- Active investor or trader in equities, derivatives, or other capital market instruments.
- Experience working in a fintech or trading-related product.
