About the Role

StockGro is a fintech platform empowering 35M+ users to learn, invest, and engage — and we love making finance feel simple, relatable, and fun. We're looking for two creative, camera-confident people to make short, quirky, in-house videos that people actually stop to watch and click on. You'll be the face and the brain: coming up with ideas, writing scripts and concept notes, and shooting them — sometimes pulling in a colleague, sometimes just you and a phone. It's a low-fuss, high-energy role: not cinematic productions, but authentic, scrappy, high-quality content shot at speed, blending fun with StockGro's message.

What You'll Do

• Come up with fun, quirky concepts and write short scripts and concept notes to shoot them.
• Be on camera with confidence — host, present, and carry the video.
• Shoot 3–5 short videos a day (30–90 seconds each) with simple, low-effort setups.
• Rope in colleagues for cameos and skits when a concept calls for it, and stay on top of trending formats and hooks.
• Blend entertainment with StockGro's message so viewers want to watch and click — take feedback quickly and iterate.

What We're Looking For

• On-screen confidence and strong spoken English + Hinglish, with a modern, urban vocabulary that sounds natural to a young audience.
• A creative instinct for what makes a video quirky and shareable, plus the ability to write your own shoot-ready scripts and concept notes.
• Agility and speed to produce multiple short videos in a day, and a self-starter attitude.
• Some basic understanding of the stock market, and genuine curiosity to learn more about fintech and our product.
• Nice to have (not mandatory): prior short-form content experience and basic phone shooting/editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
