You and Your Role

Build the foundation for Verisoul to scale. Guarantee uptime, optimize costs, and make the developer experience seamless.

What You’ll Do:

• Scale: Take us from 10K RPS to 1M RPS.

• Lead SRE: Maintain system health. Automate incident management and ensure uptime at scale.

• Automate Deployments: Manage CI/CD pipelines. Make releasing code fast, safe, and automated.

• Manage Cloud Infra: Own the cloud environment. Drive performance while optimizing costs.

• Own Security: Manage security architecture and compliance workflows.

• Build Internal Tools: Create dashboards and monitoring for real-time system insight.

What You’ll Bring:

• Production Experience: 4+ years of managing cloud infra for live, production-grade apps

• Automation Mindset: Disdain for manual processes. Automate deployments, provisioning (IaC), and monitoring.

• Cost Awareness: Ability to scale systems without spiraling cloud bills.

• Location: In-person in Austin, TX.

Who You’ll Work With:

• Engineering & Product: Collaborate to improve release velocity.

• Founders: Align infrastructure decisions with business goals.

Tech Stack:

GKE, GCP, Spanner, Starrocks, Redis, Go, Python, Typescript

Compensation: $180,000 - $220,000 + Equity

• Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 fixed annual salary

• Bonus: $20,000 - $50,000 bonus tied to reliability and cost savings

• 401k match: 4% match of compensation

• Equity Grant: 0.2-0.4% with 4-year vesting
