Your Role
As a Controlling Specialist, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring efficient cost management and supporting business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze financial data, budgets, and forecasts
- Provide reports and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Support investment planning and cost optimization strategies
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure financial transparency
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in controlling, financial analysis, or cost management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Onsite position
