Your Role
As Chief of Staff, you will support our Founder in strategy, operations, and decision-making to drive the company forward.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with leadership on company strategy and key projects
- Streamline internal processes and improve cross-functional collaboration
- Provide insights based on data and analytics
- Manage executive communications and special projects
- Creation and management of convertible loan agreements
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in startups or business development
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Onsite position
