Your Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to our leadership team, managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Your role is critical in helping executives stay organized and focused on strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
- Support administrative tasks for the executive team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
